Mount Horeb’s girls track and field team won the Fort Atkinson Invite last Friday.
The Vikings finished with 202 points to easily outdistance McFarland (149) at the six-team meet.
Mount Horeb’s boys finished in second place with 142 points, trailing only champion Fort Atkinson (169).

Mount Horeb’s girls softball team split a pair of games last week.
The Vikings defeated Oregon, 9-3, on April 19. Mount Horeb also fell to the Panthers, 6-3, on April 21.
The Vikings are now 3-3 overall and 3-2 in the Badger West Conference.

The Badger West Conference is loaded with gifted boys golfers this spring.
Madison Edgewood is the top-ranked team in Division 2. Oregon has a terrific roster.
